fuboTV adds Fox Weather to the basic package


Earlier this month, Fox Weather announced it would be expanding to more platforms. At the time, Fox Weather was added to Amazon News on Fire TV and YouTube TV. Today the streaming weather channel has been added to fuboTV.

“Following our successful launch last fall, we’re excited to significantly expand our distribution footprint and bring FOX Weather’s innovative coverage to millions of viewers on many of FOX’s most popular streaming services and devices. television,” Fox Weather President Sharri Berg said when news of the expanded access was made.

The channel is also available on free services, including The Roku Channel and Xumo. Fox Weather will also be available through Fox TV Service (FTS) Diginet channels in 17 markets. The service is now available in New York, Seattle and San Francisco and plans to expand to the remaining 14 markets. The streaming service will also simulcast one hour weekdays and two hours weekends on FTS’s 11 duopoly stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, DC, Dallas, San Francisco, Houston, Seattle, Phoenix , Minneapolis and Orlando.
