Kent Cricket retains the services of Cripps

WINNING TEAM: Cripps pairs Salim Somjee and Sam Jones with Andy Griffiths, director of partnerships at Kent Cricket

Kent Cricket has retained the assistance of a local law firm to provide legal advice for its 2022 season.

As the county sports team began their Vitality Blast title defense in May, they named Tunbridge Wells-based Cripps Pemberton Greenish as their preferred legal partner for the season.

Founded in 1852, Cripps is one of the UK’s top 100 law firms and Kent’s largest law firm, offering a full range of services to businesses and individuals.

Kent Cricket’s Director of Partnerships, Andy Griffiths, said: “We are truly delighted to welcome Cripps to the Kent Cricket family, strengthening the club’s ties within the county’s thriving business community.

“We look forward to working with Cripps as we begin a new season and defend our Vitality Blast title.”

Cripps Managing Partner Gavin Tyler said: “We are incredibly proud of our Kent heritage and delighted to be selected as Kent Cricket’s preferred legal partner.

“The opening night of the Vitality Blast 2022 is Wednesday May 25, when there will be a rematch of last year’s final between champions Kent Spitfires and Somerset,” said the England and Wales Cricket Board. .
